How will I get paid?

Each week you receive the full value of all claims you made the previous week (Monday to Sunday), into the bank account you set up on registration.

Payments will appear as coming from 'PPSL Client Safeguarding Acc Re I-Movo (IM)'.


When will I get paid?

Payments are made on Monday via BACS so will arrive in your account by the end of the following Wednesday. In weeks when there is a Bank Holiday on a Monday, you will receive payment on the Thursday of that week.


How do I register?

You can register to use xPress by going to imovo.paperround.net/vp_register and filling in the required details there. Your login details will be sent to you in an email, and will be available to use immediately.

If you want to have multiple users within your shop, please specify the same shop details but a new email address. If possible, please specify the PaperRound shop number of your shop (this will be visible on the original email). All scans made by any members of your shop will be collected together on all your shops' reports.


How do I scan a barcode?

xPress uses your device's in-built camera to scan a barcode. After pressing the 'Scan Barcode' button on the home page, hold the device so that the barcode fills the view. The scanner will automatically recognise the barcode and will then send it to i-movo. You will receive confirmation of the result of the scan on screen immediately, allowing you to process the customer's request.


How do I see my sales?

Various reports of your shop's sales submitted via xPress can be displayed. On the home page, there are buttons to see a summary and a list of Today's Sales, This week's Sales, or your Sales History, which will show previous weeks' sales or the sales of any period you specify.
